I'm Aleksandra, but most people just call me Ola. I'm a photographer, filmmaker and video editor living in the stunning capital of the Alps - Chamonix.
Born and bred in Warsaw, I studied Journalism and Press Photography (where my passion for reportage started), and then life led me to London, where I graduated with MA in Film & TV. While living in this immersing hustle and bustle city I spent every free moment either in the cinema or doing proper (British) trad climbing. I ended up moving to Chamonix in 2021 to pursue my passion for the mountains and adventure photos.
As a photographer I want my photos to convey the drive and passion for the adventurous lifestyle and the great outdoors. I strive to get out of my comfort zone, in various areas of life, and always to keep learning.
I am always looking for opportunities to photograph female athletes. 🦸♀️
Although improving, there is still an overt lack of representation and visibility of women in sports, in particular climbing and mountaineering.
